Wrong address?

Please check your address before you pay. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update an order that hasn't shipped yet.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return window

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

What can be returned

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging, with any tags still attached. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of earbuds once opened, or of items that have been worn or altered.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
We'll confirm and send you return instructions.
Send the item back to us. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
